Luton Airport Lounges. Save with a Priority Pass Discount

If you need an Airport Lounge in Luton Airport, then you have two options. The My Lounge and the No1 Lounge. Both lounges are independent and not linked to any airline. So you don’t need to be flying in business class to get in.

The best way to get into both lounges is definitely with a Priority Pass Membership. You can signup here and get a 30% Priority Pass discount. Membership provides access to over 1,700 airport lounges worldwide. It’s the largest and most popular airport lounge scheme in the world.

Membership starts at £48 per year for Standard. The most popular plan is Standard Plus. It costs £183 and comes with 10 free lounge visits per year. So each visit works out at £18.30. Which is crazy good value for unlimited food, unlimited alcohol and your own personal space.

These days, a full English Breakfast in the airport Terminal will set you back £18, when you include a cup of tea and a tip. So it’s definitely better value to a get a full English in an airport lounge. You’ll also get unlimited alcohol on top!

I want to thank Priority Pass for the 30% discount. This is an exclusive offer. You won’t get this offer if you go directly to the Priority Pass Website. The offer won’t be here forever, so if you want to jump in, I suggest you don’t wait!

Both Luton Airport Lounges can be accessed with your Priority Pass Membership. I reviewed the No1 Lounge Luton here. It’s terrific. They have a lovely classy décor, runway views and tasty food. Alcohol is complimentary and served from a manned bar. I visited in the morning, so I didn’t have any alcohol. But nobody is stopping you, if you want a drink!

I highly suggest you read the above review of the No1 Lounge. So you can see just how nice it is!

The other Luton Airport Lounge is the My Lounge. Which also has complimentary food and alcohol. I’ve not yet been to the My Lounge. But I found the below video on Youtube and looks pretty snazzy!

Sometimes, the lounges at Luton Airport can hit capacity. If so, then you’ll need to queue outside. You can pay £6 to Priority Pass to guarantee lounge entry at a specific time. Use this link to pre-book entry.

Priority Pass Lounges Worldwide

Priority Pass provide access to over 1,700 airport lounges worldwide. And they’re not all in Luton Airport!

I’ve had some amazing experiences at Priority Pass Lounges. One of my favourite has to be the 51st and Green Lounge in Dublin Airport. Review here. US immigration have pre-clearance in Dublin. So you go through US immigration in Dublin. Once you pass immigration, you’re legally in the USA! Even though you’re physically in Dublin.

The 51st and Green Lounge is after the US preclearance. So you’re legally in the US. When I was there, they had an excellent breakfast (with traditional Irish potato bread). The lounge was bright. They also had a manned bar serving alcohol.

Priority Pass have a lounge in Terminal 1 of Dublin Airport too. Review here. It’s also really good. They had hot food, a manned bar serving alcohol and barista made coffee. I personally loved the herbal tea selection, which was excellent.

The final Priority Pass Lounge in Dublin is in Terminal 2. My review is here. That lounge is smaller. But it comes with a complimentary buffet and complimentary alcohol.

Getting to Luton Airport

You can take the train to Luton Airport from Central London stations. The last time I took the train, I paid £14. The service is also pretty slow. It took me 55 minutes on the train from West Hampstead. Some trains stop at every station, and others don’t. So you want to check the timetable for the express service.

If you’re travelling in a group, it might be better value to take a taxi. It’s obviously more comfortable. I use minicabit to pre-book taxis. They’re a search engine, displaying options from different cab companies. So you can choose the best value one.

If you take your own car, I suggest to park at the Official Luton Airport Car Park. I don’t use 3rd party car parks any more. Their prices are the same as the official airport car parks. The 3rd party car parks are also much further away. You’ll need to get a bus from the terminal to the car park. These buses can take ages to come!

My Take on Luton Airport Lounges

If you need an Airport Lounge Luton Airport, then Priority Pass have got you covered. There are two very good Priority Pass Luton Airport lounges. With the 30% discount, it’s easily the best way to get into these lounges.

One of my favourite things about an airport lounge, is when I arrive at the gate before my flight. Having spent the last two hours relaxing. And not sitting in the terminal building, having kids trip over my legs!

I have loads of beautiful travel reviews on my blog. One of my favourite reviews was when I stayed at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The hotel had stunning colonial style architecture. They also had an amazing breakfast with spectacular fresh fruit. I can still taste the mango and the pink dragon fruit!
